An Odd Bit Of History

I was looking around the internet and found @FourFourTom posted this bit of information on Sulia, so I thought I'd repost it onto my blog: 

A match between Burea and Bygdsiljum ended in an extremely convincing 10-0 win to Burea, but upon inspection after the game it was found that they fielded an ineligible player, which meant their win was changed to a loss with -3 goal difference. 

Upon even further inspection it was found that Bygdsiljum were guilty of exactly the same thing and fielded an ineligible player. This meant they also lost the game with a -3 goal difference. 

Whilst the match actually finished 10-0 to Burea, both sides received 0 points and a -3 goal difference, meaning technically they both lost 3-0.
